Nashville, TN has been hit with a crippling flood, turning parts of the city into lakes. Here is an example of the destruction. Powerful stuff!
To Boldly Go…
One of the candidates in the running to replace outgoing Governor General, Michaelle Jean is William Shatner (???)
Charlie Sheen, Keeping it Classy!
Leave it to Charlie Sheen to one up all Hollywood celebrity cheaters. Sheen cheats on his wife, Brooke
Mueller, while in rehab with a model/ paid escort Angelina Tracy and while in disguise even if it's a
poor disguise.
SO the dish is that 'Two and a Half Men' star Charlie Sheen has been regularly sneaking out of rehab
(where he's been staying for a alcohol and drug addiction) regularly with a fake mustache, dark glasses,
and in a hoodie to pay upwards of $3000 an hour for some private time with Angelina Tracy! Sheen also
brought Tracy flowers.
Now there's the Charlie Sheen sex-hound we all know and love. Definitely looks like he's back to his
old ways!
So much for saving that marriage and to think he went so long without visiting prositutes, whore,
or shanks. Bummer, way to let everyone, including your kids down again.
Although Angelina Tracy has turned from paid escort to rehab clinician because she told Daily News, "My interaction with Charlie has simply been rehab-related and we are just friends. I would like to
make it crystal clear that I am not an escort. These allegations are completely fabricated and are
extremely hurtful and damaging."
Right...

STEVEN SEGAL SEX SCANDAL!!!
THIS ACTUALLY LOOKS AWESOME!!!
Okay, I get that someone would build a replica of the Titanic and open it as a museum… but in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee? Well, regardless of where it is, this looks great! I think I can see a road-trip in the near future!
So much for Tiger Woods taming his infamous temper on the golf course.
Tiger just flipped out on the 14th fairway when he shanked a shot into the crowd at the Masters -- just three days after promising to try to "calm down my negative outbursts."
Tiger ended the first round with a 68 -- his best first day score ever at the Masters. And yeah, we noticed how dangerously close he came to scoring a different number.

Sometimes people do some crazy stunts... But this ISN'T one of them! Robert Harrison from the UK accomplished more with less than $750 than what NASA says would have cost them millions!
The Icarus project is a home brew project to send a camera high into the stratosphere to take pictures of the Earth from near space. The camera is enclosed in a flight box and attached to a helium weather balloon which lifts the camera to an altitude of approximately 35,000 meters above sea level. The camera is controlled by a small micro computer which takes pictures at timed intervals in various directions. Other sensors to measure temperature, barometric pressure and altitude are incorporated into the flight box. Check out the project’s website : www.robertharrison.org
Corey on Corey: Don't Jump to Conclusions
Corey Feldman wants people to "stop jumping the gun" and saying Corey Haim died from an drug overdose -- because until the coroner's report comes out, "nobody knows" what really caused his death.
Feldman was on "Larry King Live" Wednesday night, where he called Haim his "best friend."
Feldman went on to say Haim had a "long and detailed drug history and battled addiction for many, many years" -- but said Haim had been "in the best frame of mind that he's ever been in" leading up to his death.

Leaving behind a thank-you note
From Brian Williams, NBC Olympic Sportscaster
After tonight's broadcast and after looting our hotel mini-bars, we're going to try to brave the blizzard and fly east to home and hearth, and to do laundry well into next week. Before we leave this thoroughly polite country, the polite thing to do is leave behind a thank-you note.
Thank you, Canada:
For being such good hosts.
For your unfailing courtesy.
For your (mostly) beautiful weather.
For scheduling no more than 60 percent of your float plane departures at the exact moment when I was trying to say something on television.
For not seeming to mind the occasional (or constant) good-natured mimicry of your accents.
For your unique TV commercials -- for companies like Tim Hortons -- which made us laugh and cry.
For securing this massive event without choking security, and without publicly displaying a single automatic weapon.
For having the best garment design and logo-wear of the games -- you've made wearing your name a cool thing to do.
For the sportsmanship we saw most of your athletes display.
For not honking your horns. I didn't hear one car horn in 15 days -- which also means none of my fellow New Yorkers rented cars while visiting.
For making us aware of how many of you have been watching NBC all these years.
For having the good taste to have an anchorman named Brian Williams on your CTV network, who turns out to be such a nice guy.
For the body scans at the airport which make pat-downs and cavity searches unnecessary.
For designing those really cool LED Olympic rings in the harbor, which turned to gold when your athletes won one.
For always saying nice things about the United States...when you know we're listening.
For sharing Joannie Rochette with us.
For reminding some of us we used to be a more civil society.
Mostly, for welcoming the world with such ease and making lasting friends with all of us.
Telling Americans about Canadians
Veteran US broadcaster, Tom Brokaw gives some insight on America’s long-standing relationship with Canada. Watch the whole piece… Tom may tell you some things that you didn’t know. I learned a few things, myself.
