What past times make you happy creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
Making Music -- I play bass, and drums. I also have been known to climb behind a pair of turntables and DJ in nightclubs and for other events. Music is something that I am truly passionate about.
What makes you cringe the most?
Tele-Marketers.. But not the ones that call with a survey or a “Great deal”.. I don’t mind that. It’s the ones that can’t even be bothered to speak to me.. Like the ones that say, “Please hold for an important message. A representative will be with you shortly”. What the heck is that???!!! If you aren’t prepared to talk to me when you call… Wait 5 minutes and then call me when you’re ready!!

Rain falling on a quiet night...

Power Tools or Lawnmowers at 7am on a Saturday... That’s just no fun at all!!!
What is your most embarrassing moment?
Hmmm… That’s a tough one… The only thing I can think of off the top of my head happened this past summer.. I am an old car enthusiast and I took my classic British sports car out for a cruise. I went to the gas station and filled it up. When I went inside to pay, my debit card wouldn’t work! It seems that I had used the card so much that the magnetic strip on the back wore out! There was a line up of people behind me, as I tried to answer the clerk’s question, “Well Mr. Cutting, how do you intend to pay, then?” Awkward!

What profession would you not like to do?
Those guys who drive around and pick up road-kill.. Seriously, I know a guy who did that. He’d have drive all over the province, pick up animals that had been hit by cars and trucks and “dispose” of them... Very stinky... Very gross... No thanks...

What is your favourite thing about working at 1079 The Breeze?
The people... Not just the ones in the office that I see every day... It’s the people who phone me when I’m on the air, and show up at events that I attend. I love meeting new people, and this job gives me the chance to meet a lot of very nice people...
